Order Status

Most orders will be entered into the processing system within hours of receipt and shipped within 3 working days.  Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Expedited orders received before 10 AM EST will be shipped the same day (based on product availability).
Shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico are required by all carriers to be shipped by Expedited only.
At this time, we are unable to ship to destinations outside of the United States.

Tracking Your Order

Shortly after you complete your order online, you will receive an email confirmation with shipping information, order number, and order contents.
While your order is being processed, email info at naikid.com to get details about when you order will ship, if it hasn’t already.
If you have received an email confirmation from our carrier, your order has shipped and you can now track your order via the carrier's website.

Changing Your Order

Once you submit your order, it begins processing. To change or cancel your order, please email info at naikid.com within 4 hours.

Shipping Methods & Rates

When ordering via our website, various shipping methods will appear on the shipping quotes page.  Shipping rate and time will vary per carrier.
If you wish to have expedited shipping, please place your order before 10 AM EST to be processed and shipped on the same day.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or locations outside of the U.S.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Payment Methods

We accept payment via our online processing system.
We are unable to process orders with billing addresses outside of the United States.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect sales tax on all sales and shipments to New Jersey.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused items, within 7 days of receiving of your order.
We do not accept the return of products because a customer doesn't care for the scent of the product they ordered, this includes our unscented soaps.
Please contact us for return authorization before you pack the item for shipment. If we made the mistake, the cost of return shipping is on us.
If a package is damaged upon arrival, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
If the contents are damaged once you open the package, please notify us within 48 hours to place a claim. Please keep product and all packaging materials intact in order to process a claim.
